Ask three people what a hookah pen is and you’ll probably get three different answers. Some picture the slim e-hookahs that circulated a decade ago. Some assume it’s just another word for a disposable vape. That third answer is the accurate one, and the category built around it has been growing quietly while the rest of the vape market fights over puff counts.

The category is still small next to mainstream disposables, and it will probably stay that way. Shisha culture itself is a niche, and a product this specialized inherits that ceiling.
